Ingredients
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 3 lemon, zest of
- 3 egg whites – whisked
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 teaspoons icing sugar (heaped if eggs and lemons are large)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelantine
- 1/2 pint double cream whisked
- Whisk egg yolks and icing sugar until very FLUFFY
- Add grated rind of 1-2 lemons
- Add juice of 3 lemons
- Add gelatine to hot water as instructed on packet
- Add whisked double cream slowly
- Fold in whisked egg white
- Chill in fridge, decorate with chocolate leaves and iced grapes
