Ingredients For the fillings
8 meringue pockets
2 tins of sweetened chestnut puree
250 g Mascarpone
200 ml 8% fat Fromage Frais
1 rounded dessert spoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Whisk the Mascarpone and Fromage Frais with the sugar and vanilla
- Spoon a layer of chestnut puree into the meringue
- Add Mixture over the top
- Dust with icing sugar
