Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1 handfull of fresh white breadcrumbs
- 12 Black Olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (15grams)
- 4 finely chopped salad onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all the topping ingredients and press onto each portion of salmon fillet, and bake for about 20 minutes until done
