Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 handfull of fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 12 Black Olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped  tarragon
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (15grams)
  • 4 finely chopped salad onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all the topping ingredients and press onto each portion of salmon fillet, and bake for about 20 minutes until done
